WHAT FUNCTIONAL TRAINING IS
Functional Training refers to all activities that are aimed at a global trainingthat is, where movements are not sectorialised, isolating the muscles responsible for them, but are train motor skills as a whole.
Movement can in fact be divided into three planes: the frontal plane, the sagittal plane and the transverse plane. The aim of functional training programmes is precisely to develop the motor skills of individuals in a way that involves and integrates all three planes of movement as much as possible.
The benefits of this approach involve all the main physical qualities (speed, strength, endurance and power), but also fundamental elements such as joint mobility and correct posture, effectively contributing to the individual's psycho-physical well-being.
SUSPENSION TRAINING
Exercises and circuits that exploit the user's body weight (with or without overloads) to develop customised and extremely versatile suspension work, with particular reference to the most representative piece of equipment in this discipline, the Flying code 2092.
MEDICAL BALLS
Balls of various sizes, shapes and weights: the different characteristics of the various models allow for different training applications.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Tools with unique features that improve strength and power, but also coordination, mobility and grip strengthening.
PROPRIOCEPTION
Tools that allow you to work on balance and stability through exercises performed on unstable bases or by using instability elements such as water inside the Flow Bag.
PLIOMETRY
Equipment that allows you to work on elastic and explosive strength through leaps, sprints or quick movements.
In Functional Training, the work space becomes a fundamental concept. While on the one hand it is essential to have a sufficiently large and unobstructed area to be able to move freely within, on the other hand it is possible to implement one's own training possibilities through the inclusion of stable and multi-functional support elements.
OUTRACE structures make it possible to combine extreme versatility with high-impact design. Being available in models of all sizes and shapes (from the simple TOWER to more extensive versions such as the R3-9 or R4-12), these structures can be adapted to all kinds of contexts, offering training options while also providing solutions for storing equipment and accessories quickly after use, leaving the work space as free and tidy as possible for other purposes.
